Extremely fine (AWG42~46#) wire harness production and processing equipment


  • The main working principle of the laser machine is to use different laser principles inside the equipment to process the outer back of the wire without damaging the internal wire core. Can be fixed in length and depth. The wires are too thin to use conventional equipment.
  • The main working principle of the welding machine is that the equipment welds the wires to the connector through the principle of timed high temperature protection. The main welding mode is Hot-bar welding.
  • The main products are used in medical equipment.

NEV Large-Square Wire Cutting and Stripping Machine

  • The machine processing range is from 2.5 square millimeters to 150 square millimeters of wire.
  • The machine adopts fully automatic loading and can achieve fixed-length cutting and double-end peeling. The accuracy can be controlled within ±1mm.

Electrical Performance Test (Continuity, Withstand Voltage, Insulation)

  • The machine uses voltage/current loading mode for testing; mainly testing withstand voltage, insulation resistance and continuity. (Current can test 600A\DC test can reach 5000V)
  • Ensure product reliability through product leakage current/impedance value monitoring.

Temperature Rise Tester

  • The machine's built-in temperature sensing node detects and collects the temperature of connectors, terminals and wires.
  • Conduct a load test based on the square number of the wire (1.75mm²~240mm²) and refer to the ISO current value (1A~650A). This equipment is mainly used to verify the reliability of the riveting die and whether there will be temperature rise problems during normal use of the product.

MES (Manufacturing Execution System)

  • Each cable has its own QR Code.
    It can trace, management and supervise the cable from source to end customer.
  • Generate a unique QR code based on customer order and paste this QR code on the cable jacket.
  • Each working station will save the production data of the product that can be checked later.
  • In order to meet customer need from manufacturing site, the MES is introduced to track and control data on WIP (Work in Process), raw materials, machine status, production targets and actual output result.
